Amarin is an innovative pharmaceutical company focused on developing therapeutics to cost effectively improve patient health. Our work is backed by groundbreaking clinical evidence that uses the latest scientific insights to reduce cardiovascular risk.
We have spent over a decade researching and developing the new active substance icosapent ethyl, which was examined in the landmark REDUCE-IT study, showing that a new treatment pathway to reduce residual cardiovascular risk is possible.
